About Me
I believe that if you want it, then you can achieve it. I believe that if you want it, then you can achieve it. January 1st of 2019 I was 330 pounds, depressed and absolutely hated the way I looked. That day I decided there was something better out there. I started changing my diet and moving. taking small changes led to bigger changes and before I knew it the weight continued to come off. I was feeling better, had more energy, and was over-all happier. It didn't happen overnight but it did happen. The woman who couldn't walk to her mailbox without needing to take her asthma rescue inhaler, no longer needed her CPAP machine and was jogging in 5ks and winning medals. I want to do the same for you too.
Getting in shape isn’t a punishment, but an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.
I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a specialty in Weight loss as well as a certified Nutritionist. Let me help you.
